Sound familiar?

You train, and yet nothing really moves

Most of the women I meet are not short of willpower. They have simply never had a clear plan, or anyone to tell them what actually works.

You avoid the free-weights area

You stay on the treadmill and the bike because over there, you do not know what to do or whether you are doing it right. So you do not go.

You were always told “cardio”

Years of running and group classes, and you still cannot do one full push-up. You are not the problem. The program is.

You start over every three months

A strong start, two weeks flat out, then life takes over. Without visible progress, motivation does not hold — for anyone.

You cannot tell if you are progressing

The number on the scale says nothing about your strength. Without a clear measure you do not see what you are gaining, so you assume it is nothing.

You are afraid of getting hurt

Your back, your shoulders, your knees. Nobody ever showed you the technique, so you hold back — and you plateau.

You want something concrete, not “toning”

You want a goal you can hit or miss. A real one. Something you can say out loud.

The programs

One clear goal, one method, one date

Each program aims at one specific movement. You know where you are going, you see where you stand every week, and the day you get there, we film it.

Program · a few weeks

Your first push-up

For you if you have never done a full push-up on the floor — or one, once, by some miracle.

We start where you are — the wall, a bench, your knees — and build upper-body and core strength up to the real thing: chest to the floor, no cheating.

  • Starting assessment and technique
  • Week-by-week progressions
  • A movement you keep for life
Start with the push-up

Flagship program · 3 to 6 months

Your first pull-up

For you if the bar scares you, you hang without moving, or you have been “almost” there for months.

The pull-up is the one movement almost no woman believes is possible for her. It is. With a progressive plan — hangs, rows, negatives, bands — it comes. I tell you honestly where you stand and what is left to do.

  • Pulling strength, grip and core
  • Every step measured and logged
  • On the day, we film it

Ongoing

Strength and confidence

For you if you simply want to get strong, for good, without picking one movement just yet.

Squat, lunge, deadlift, push, pull: the fundamentals of strength, learned properly and loaded progressively. Your body changes — and above all, what you feel capable of.

  • The five fundamentals of strength
  • Progress you can see
  • Sessions that fit your week
Get strong

Every program is one-to-one. The first session is free: we take stock, you try, and you decide.

What we work on

Six things, always in this order: well, then strong

No session “just to sweat”. Every exercise has a reason to be there, and you know it.

Pushing

Push-ups, presses, dips. The upper-body strength you were rarely allowed to build.

Pulling

Hangs, rows, assisted then full pull-ups. Your back, your arms, your grip.

Lower body

Squats, lunges, deadlifts. Strong legs and hips are the foundation of everything — including your pull-up.

Technique

Every movement learned properly before it is loaded. That is what protects your back and shoulders, and what makes you progress.

Measurement

Every session is logged: loads, reps, seconds on the bar. You see your progress in black and white, not by feel.

Consistency

Two sessions a week that last beat five that stop. We build a rhythm your life can actually carry.

Your gym

Your gym has a sea view

Most sessions happen outside: the Promenade, the parks, the Colline du Château. Air, light, and nobody to wait for at a machine.

  • Outdoors all year round, or at your home
  • Little equipment: your body, a bar, a few weights
  • Early morning or end of day, whatever your week allows

Your coach

Juliano Majally, personal trainer in Nice

I coach women one-to-one in Nice — women who want to get strong, and are tired of being told to “tone up”.

I hold the French professional card for sports coaches (carte professionnelle d’éducateur sportif), issued by the Ministry of Sports. It is what legally allows someone to coach in France, and you can verify it yourself on the official register with the number opposite.

My conviction is simple: most women were never trained to become strong, only to become smaller. A first pull-up changes what you think is possible — well beyond the gym.

I speak French, English and Italian. Sessions take place in Nice: outdoors, at your home, or in your gym.

The journey

What the first months look like

An example for the pull-up program. The pace depends on your starting point — and I tell you what it is from the first session.

  1. Session 1

    We take stock

Free. You tell me your story, you try a few movements, I measure where we start: hang, pull, core. You leave with an honest idea of the road ahead.

  2. Week 2

    You hold the bar

Hangs, active shoulders, grip. Your hands and back learn to work. You can already feel something clicking into place.

  3. Week 4

    You pull

Rows, pulldowns, first negatives. You lower yourself from the bar slowly, in control. This is where most women realise it is possible.

  4. Week 8

    You rise, almost

Thinner and thinner bands. Your chin gets closer. Every session is logged, and you watch the curve go up.

  5. Week 12

    The first one

For some it is here, for others a few weeks later. Chin over the bar, no band, no swing. We film it.

  6. After

    You keep it

A pull-up is not a finish line. We lock it in, aim for two, three — or move on to the next goal.

My method

Why this works when the rest did not

Nothing magic. Four principles, kept at every session.

A goal, not a vague wish

“Getting in shape” cannot be measured or celebrated. A push-up, a pull-up, a load: it can. We know exactly what we are after.

Progressive, never heroic

The right exercise, at the right level, a little harder than last week. Less spectacular than a session that destroys you — and it is what gets results.

Honest about time

I will not promise you a pull-up in six weeks. I tell you where you stand, what is left, and I warn you when it is going to take a while.

Strength, not size

We are not working to make you smaller. We are working to make you more capable. The rest follows — and, above all, it lasts.

Questions

What I get asked before we start

I have never done any sport. Is this for me?

Yes — and it is actually the best starting point: everything gets built properly, with no bad habits to undo. The push-up program is designed for exactly this. We start at the wall if that is where you are, and that is not a problem. That is the plan.

How long until a first pull-up?

Honestly: for a beginner, expect somewhere between three and six months at two sessions a week. Some get there faster, some slower — your starting point, pulling strength and consistency all matter a lot. I give you a realistic estimate at the first session, and I adjust it along the way if I have to.

I do not want to get “too muscular”.

That is not what happens with two strength sessions a week. Building significant muscle mass takes years of very specific training and a dedicated diet. What you will see: a firmer body, a straighter posture, and the ability to do things you could not do before.

Where and when do sessions take place?

In Nice: outdoors, at your home with minimal equipment, or in your gym if you have one. We set times that fit into your week — consistency is what gets results, not the perfect time slot.

Do you only coach women?

The programs are designed for women, because they are the ones least often taught to become strong, and because a first pull-up is a goal they are almost always told is out of reach. If you have a specific strength goal and this page speaks to you, write to me.

How much does it cost?

The first session is free and carries no commitment. After that, the price depends on the program and the rhythm you choose — I give it to you clearly at the end of that session, before you decide anything. No surprises, no hidden subscription.

I have back pain, or an old injury.

Tell me in your first message. Good strength technique is often what best protects a fragile back or shoulder, but every case is different: we adapt, and if a medical opinion is needed before we start, I will tell you.
